As a registered participant of our BIM training programs, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print a single copy of downloadable resources for personal use

• Use BIM files and samples in your own private study or for skill development

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any of the training materials

• Upload course materials to public repositories (e.g., GitHub, Google Drive, YouTube etc.)

• Use content for commercial training programs or consultancies without a proper license

• Modify and republish our content under a different name or branding

• Reverse engineer or extract source data from proprietary BIM models or plugins

Violation of these conditions will result in immediate revocation of your access and may lead to legal action as per Indian Penal Code.

4. Projects and Design Work

All drawings, renders, and BIM models created by BIM Training and Projects as part of client projects or public portfolios are subject to copyright protection.

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed client contract, we retain full intellectual property rights over:

• Designs

• Models

• 2D and 3D visualizations

• Revit files, AutoCAD drawings, and IFC exports

• Digital drafts

Clients are granted specific usage rights as defined in the project agreement. Any reproduction, resale, or transfer of our architectural content without explicit written permission is a violation of this Policy.

5. User-Generated Content

Certain portions of our Site may allow users to upload or submit content (e.g., discussion forums, shared models, testimonials, or assignments).

By submitting any content to our platform, you confirm that:

• You are the original author or have obtained necessary rights
